Silver Legacy Life is the trade name of an independent life insurance agency operated by Truman Fleming, a licensed life insurance producer, National Producer Number 22348797, resident state Nevada. We are an independent agency: coverage is issued by insurance carriers, not by us.

Do not send us a Social Security number, bank account or routing number, card number, date of birth, or any health information through this website. Our forms reject those fields outright — a submission containing one is refused rather than stored.
Information of that kind is collected only later, during a recorded application call with a licensed agent, and it goes into the insurance carrier's own systems. It is never held on this website.
If you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email address, and the state you live in. If you give us a phone number, we also record the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used — that record exists to prove we had your permission to call you.
If you apply to join the agency: your name, contact details, state, whether you are already licensed, your producer number if you have one, your experience, and anything you write in the form.
If you create an account to track your onboarding: the same contact details, plus your progress through the checklist. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains the database.
This site sets one cookie, and only after you sign in to an agent account: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics, no pixel, and no third-party script of any kind — every file this site loads comes from this domain.
We use what you give us to contact you about coverage or about joining the agency, and to keep the business records an insurance agency is required to keep.
We share it with an insurance carrier when you choose to apply for a policy, and with the agency that sponsors our contracts when the information concerns recruiting. Our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) processes it on our behalf. Beyond that we do not share it, and we do not sell it.
If you gave consent to be contacted, you can withdraw it at any time — tell the agent on the call, reply STOP to a text, or email us. Withdrawing consent does not affect a policy you already hold. We keep a record of the withdrawal itself, so the request is honoured.
Email truman@fleminglifegroup.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Nevada residents have a right under NRS 603A to direct a business not to sell their covered information; we do not sell it, and that address is where such a request should be sent.
Some records must be kept even after a deletion request — insurance regulators require an agency to retain records of business actually transacted. We will tell you if that applies.
Traffic to this site is encrypted, passwords are hashed, and agent pages require a sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
